支架及球囊辅助弹簧圈栓塞治疗颅内宽颈动脉瘤

目的:探讨颅内宽颈动脉瘤的血管内治疗技术,评价支架及球囊辅助弹簧圈栓塞技术的安全性和有效性。方法:回顾16例宽颈动脉瘤病人的临床资料。对颅内支架及球囊辅助弹簧圈栓塞宽颈动脉瘤技术特点进行探讨,并通过血管造影对病人进行疗效随访观察,评价该技术的安全性和有效性。结果:16例宽颈动脉瘤病人均取得满意疗效,16例病人术后一年均进行DSA随访,动脉瘤无复发;远期疗效仍需长期随访结果。结论:支架及球囊辅助弹簧圈栓塞技术介入治疗颅内宽颈动脉瘤是一种简便、安全、有效的治疗技术。

The treatments of intracranial wild-necked aneurysms with balloon or stent assisted coil embolization

Objective：To study and discuss new endovascular treatment technique of intracranial wild-necked aneurysm by balloon and stent assisted coil embolization, especially focusing on its safety and realiability. Methods：To assess clinical application of balloon and stent assisted coil embolization by studying clinic data of 16 patients with wild-necked aneurysms respectively. Discussing the technical features and Comparing the follow up angiography results. Results=16 cases were treated by coil embolization assisted with balloon and stent without any complications. All 16 cases followed up with DSA after one year postoperatively. No recurrence happened and total occlusion of aneurysms were achieved even through on further followed-up data. Conclusion： The endovascular treatment of intracranial wild-necked aneurysm with balloon and stent assisted coil embolization is safe and effective.
