| 摘 要： | 目的了解嘉定区中学生健康危险行为现状,为制定相应的防治策略和干预措施提供科学依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,抽取嘉定区一所普通中学以及一所职业高中的初一至高三年级学生进行问卷调查。结果中学生普遍存在健康危险行为,不健康饮食的发生率较高。56.6%的学生普遍存在偏食现象,过去7天吃早餐少于1次/d的学生比例为36.4%;女生吃甜点比例明显高于男生,部分学生存在不合理的减肥行为。平均每天运动时间少于1h的报告率为83.7%,看电视或录像的有48.6%、玩电子游戏的有56.2%、上网时间≥2h的为46.8%;中学生的课外作业时间大于2h的报告率45.7%,女生高于男生,初中生为最高。自杀意念、自杀计划和自杀未遂的总体报告率分别为11.2%、8.9%和3.7%,职业学校自杀未遂报告率(7.3%)远高于普通中学(1.7%),差异有统计学意义。结论中学生健康危险行为应引起学校、家庭和社会的重视,制定有效的干预措施势在必行。
