| 摘 要： | 目的；分析总结83例老年患者慢性硬膜下血肿（chronic subdural hematoma,CSH）的处理及神经康复治疗经验。方法：本组83例CSH均经头颅扫描确诊，且均行钻孔引流术，并给予神经康复治疗和指导。结果：按GOS评分，优良79例（95．18％），中残4例（4．82％）。结论：对老年CSH进行及时诊断和手术，加强神经康复治疗和指导能够明显提高其疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize our experiences in surgical management and rehabilitation treatment of senior patients with chronic subdural hematoma.?Methods There were 71 males and 12 females in the group,all of them underwent head computer tomorgraphy scaning to make accurate diagnosis. Hematoma drainage and rehabilitation treatment were done in all the patients.?Results The evaluation with GOS showed that 78 cases(95.18%) had an excellent recovery,and 4 cases(4.82%) had mild disability.?Conclusion It is important to make a correct diagnosis as soon as possible,and enhance rehabilitation treatment to improve the outcome of CSH. |
