| 摘 要： | 目的:研究鹿茸对大鼠急性心肌缺血后期心肌组织SOD、MDA含量的影响.方法:通过结扎大鼠左冠状动脉前降支复制心肌缺血模型,用分光光度法检测心肌超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量.结果:鹿茸可通过提高缺血心肌组织SOD活性、降低MDA含量对缺血心肌的继发性损伤起到一定程度的保护作用.结论:鹿茸对动物结扎冠状动脉实验性心肌缺血具有保护作用.

| Abstract: | Aim:To study the effection of Cornu Cervi on the content of SOD,MDA during the later stage of acute myocardial ischemic in rat.Methods: We adopted the myocardial ischemia rat model by ligaturing their front-fall branch left coronary attery and survey the content of SOD,MDA with spectrophotometer.Results: Cornu Cervi could have a certain protective effect on secondary injure of ischemia myocardium.Conclusion: Cornu Cervi had remarkable protective effect on experimental myocardial ischemia by ligaturing the coronary attery. |
