Caspase-3在不对称良性前列腺增生中的表达及意义

目的:通过观察caspase-3在良性前列腺增生(BPH)中不对称叶的表达情况,探讨凋亡机制在BPH发生的意义。方法:采用自身对照设计,应用免疫组织化学的方法,对caspase-3蛋白在25例不对称BPH中增生明显叶与不明显叶组织中表达水平进行检测。结果:caspase-3蛋白在前列腺明显叶组及不明显叶组表达的程度不同,增生不明显叶组阳性率为84.0%,显著高于明显叶组(56.0%)。结论:caspase-3在前列腺中不均-表达所致腺体的凋亡状态不同,表现为前列腺的增生状态不同,提示凋亡机制在BPH的发生与发展中发挥重要作用。

Study on the expression of caspase-3 in dissymmetric benign prostate hyperplasia

Objective:To study the expression pattern of caspase-3 in largely hyperplasia parts and less parts of BPH.Then clarify the role of apoptosis of BPH mechanism.Methods:Tissues of 25 BPH patients through TURP were embedded in paraffin,which cystourethroscope show those protate growed severely dissymmetric.One part is from largely hyperplasia gland and the other is from less hyperplasia counterpart.50 paraffin blocks were cut into sections and stained by caspase-3 of polyclonal antibody against human.Results:Caspase-3 expression increased incrementally from largely hyperplasia part to hyperplasia less part(P<0.05).Conclusion:Caspase-3 is over expressed in less-grow gland of dissymmetric BPH.Increases in inhibition of apoptosis have a role in BPH.
