| 摘 要： | 目的 :了解冠心病抑郁情绪和D型个性之间的关系。方法 :采用D型个性问卷、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HRSD)对 5 6例冠心病患者和 30名健康对照组进行调查 ,并且进行了血脂水平测定。结果 :冠心病HRSD评分明显高于对照组 ;D型个性在冠心病患者中较为普遍 ,D型个性者具有高血清总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白水平 ;D型个性者HRSD评分、总胆固醇水平以及低密度脂蛋白水平均高于非D型个性者。结论 :D型个性和冠心病有密切关系 ,D型个性者可能具有某些生物学特征。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the relationship between type-D personality and coronary heart disease with depoession.Methods:The DS-16 and HRSD were examined in 56 patients with coronary heart disease and 30 healthy control subjects,meanwhile the level of blood lipid were measured.Results:The HRSD score in patients with CHD was significant higher than those in normal controls.Patients with coronary heart disease were more likely to be classified as distressed personality(type-D),especialy in depressed patients.Type-D subjects had significantly higher total cholesterol and lower-density lipoprotein cholesterol than those subjects without a distressed personality.Conclusion:Type D personality is closed relative to CHD.Type D subjects may possess certain biological characteristics. |
