女大学生月经情况及其相关因素的调查

目的了解女大学生的月经状况并分析其影响因素，为月经期健康教育提供基础性资料。方珐对温州医学院250名大二女生进行问卷调查，了解其月经情况，并对月经影响因素进行分析。结果被调查者中，月经失调发生率为38．0％，其发生与经期性生活（P〈0．01）、未注意保暖（P〈0．05）及未每天清洗外阴有关（P〈0．05）；痛经发生率为38．0％，经前紧张综合征发生率为44．8％，两者均与经期未注意保暖有关（P〈0．05）。结论应对女大学生进行月经健康教育，令其建立健康的经期行为。

Survey and Relevant Factors Analysis of Female University Students' Menstruation
