| 摘 要： | 目的分析1型糖尿病肾病患者血C反应蛋白和白介素6浓度的改变。方法将65例1型糖尿病患者分为无蛋白尿组(n=28)、微量蛋白尿组(n=23)和大量蛋白尿组(n=14)。观测患者血糖、血脂、C反应蛋白(CRP)和白介素6(IL-6)的改变。结果CRP在微量蛋白尿和大量蛋白尿组较无蛋白尿组增高,并与蛋白排泄率有关。IL-6的升高与肾病程度、HDL和蛋白排泄率相关。结论提示1型糖尿病肾病可能伴有体内炎症反应变化。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the changes of C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 in 65patients with type 1 diabetic nephropathy.Methods 65 patients with type 1 diabetic were divided into three groups.Normoalbuminuria(n=28),microalbuminuria(n=23) and macroalbuminuria(n=14).Results C-reactive protein(CRP) was associated with albumin excretion rate(AER).And it was higher in micro-and macroalbuminuric patients compared to normoalbuminuria.HDL-cholesterol and duration of diabetes were independently associated with interleukin-6.Conclusions CRP and interlukin-6 are corelation with the diabetic nephropathy in type 1 diabetes.The predictive value needs to be assessed. |
