LISS固定系统治疗股骨远端骨折

目的：探讨应用AO微创内固定系统（tass）治疗股骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法：应用LISS治疗股骨远端骨折15例，33-A2骨折2例，33-A3骨折5例，33-C2骨折5例，33-C3骨折3例；其中9例开放骨折均为Ⅱ～Ⅲ级，有4例患者为多发骨折患者，伤后4d（2～7d）应用LISS行内固定治疗。结果：所有患者随访3—19个月，骨折均连接，骨折愈合时间8～18周，未出现钢板螺钉松动移位、骨折塌陷、复位丢失等。股骨远端骨折15例，HSS评分优5例；良7例；可3例。膝关节活动范围70°-140°，所有患者膝关节行走无疼痛。结论：LISS能有效治疗各种分型的股骨远端骨折。

Treatment of Distal Femoral Fracture with Less Invasive Stabilization System

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of less invasive stabilization system（LISS） for treatment of patients with distal femoral fracture. Methods： LISS fixation was performed on 15 cases of distal femoral fracture. According to the AO classification, there are 2 cases of type 33-A2, 5 eases of type 33-A3, 5 cases of type 33- C2 and 3 cases of type 33-C3, 9 cases were open fractures, grade Ⅱ-Ⅲ, and 4 cases were multiple fracture. LISS fixation was employed within 4 days （2-7days） after injury. Results： All the patients were followed up for 3-19 months, all fractures were bony union after 12 weeks （range, 8-18 weeks）, no screws or plates was loosened and no reduction was lost. In the 15 cases of distal femoral fractures, the mean HSS score was excellent in 5 cases, good in 7 cases and fair in 3 cases. The range of movement was 70°-140°, and no pain was observed. Conclusion： LISS can be effectively used to treat all types of fractures of the distal femur.
