| Abstract: | This article accompanied by clinical implementation process of one case which is about Nutritional support an adult patients with mixed Undernutrition, step by step Elaborated some clinical thinking of nutritional support for severe Adult patients such as assessment methods and clinical application of patients with severe nutritional risk, Adaptation levy of parenteral and enteral nutrition support, implementation of the design of nutritional support formula and program, reason of nutrition support complications together with monitoring and treatment. |
