摘    要:目的研究视明合剂的制备及其质量控制方法。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法、醇提法、水提醇沉法制备视明合剂;采用薄层色谱法对处方中的黄芩、白芷、白芍、三七进行定性鉴别。结果在薄层色谱中均能够检测出黄芩、白芷、白芍、三七药材。结论制备工艺简便、可行;薄层色谱法进行定性检测准确、灵敏,可用于视明合剂的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To study the preparation and TLC identification of Shiming Mixture. Methods The mixture was made by steam distillation, alcohol abstraction method, water abstraction and alcohol precipitation. The TLC method was used to indentify Radix Scutellariae, Radix Angelicae Dahuricae, Radix Notoginseng, Radix Paeoniae alba in Shiming Mixture. Results Radix Scutellariae, Radix Angelicae Dahuricae, Radix Notoginseng, Radix Paeoniae alba were determined by TLC. Conclusion This method is simple, feasible with accuracy and sensitivity in TLC qualitative identification, which may be used to control the quality of Shiming Mixture and easy to operate.
