超声诊断宫颈机能不全的临床价值

目的 探讨在孕期进行超声检查诊断宫颈机能不全的临床意义.方法 对32例经超声检查诊断为宫颈短伴或不伴宫颈内口开大者的临床资料和超声声像图特征进行回顾性分析.结果 18例孕妇宫颈长度2～3 cm,超声继续观察后无明显变化,继续妊娠至足月分娩.14例患者超声声像图显示有进行性缩短伴宫颈内口扩张者行宫颈环扎手术治疗,均维持至妊娠34周以上分娩.结论 孕期行宫颈长度的超声筛查是必要的,具有重要的临床指导意义.对于宫颈进行性缩短同时伴有宫颈内口开大的病例,其早产风险增加,建议手术治疗.
