卵巢上皮性瘤组织中C-erbB2、Ki67和P53蛋白表达及意义

目的探讨原癌基因C-erbB2、细胞核增殖相关抗原Ki67、抑癌基因P53在卵巢上皮性癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用单克隆抗体免疫组化技术(SP法)检测124例卵巢肿瘤组织中(其中61例良性肿瘤,19例交界性肿瘤,44例恶性肿瘤)C-erbB2、Ki67和P53的表达,探讨其与临床及病理学的关系。结果(1)C-erbB2、Ki67和P53在良性、交界性、恶性卵巢肿瘤中阳性表达率均呈梯度升高,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。其中Ki67与P53在浆液性癌组织中的表达显著高于交界性肿瘤及黏液性癌组织(P<0.05)。(2)P53蛋白表达与卵巢癌临床分期、组织学分级有相关性(P<0.05)。(3)C-erbB2 Ki67 P53联合表达与Ki67 P53联合表达在良性、交界性、恶性肿瘤中的表达有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论C-erbB2、Ki67和P53蛋白的高表达与卵巢癌的发生有密切关系,可作为卵巢上皮性肿瘤恶性变的分子标志;Ki67和P53蛋白的免疫组化检测可作为卵巢上皮肿瘤鉴别诊断的客观辅助指标。

Expression of C-erbB2,Ki67 and P53 protein in ovarian epithelial tumors an their clinical pathological significance

Objective To investigate the expressions of C-erbB2,Ki67 and P53 in ovarian epithelial tumors and their clinical pathological significance.Methods Expressions of C-erbB2,Ki67 and P53 proteins of tumor tissues from 61 patients with ovarian benign tumors,19 patients with borderline tumors and 44 patients with malignant tumors were retrospectively studied by immunohistochemistry using monoclonal antibodies (SP method),and the relationship of their expressions with clinical pathology was analyzed.Results (1)The positive rates of C-erbB2,Ki67 and P53 in malignant tumors were significantly higher than that in benign tumors and borderline tumors (P<0.01).(2)The expression of P53 protein in ovarian cancer was correlated to histological grading and clinical stage(P<0.05).(3)The combined expression of the positive rates of C-erbB2,Ki67 and P53 showed significantly statistical difference between benign ,borderline and malignant tumors (P<0.01),so did the combined expression of the positive rates of Ki67 and P53.Conclusion The expression of C-erbB2,Ki67 and P53 protein can be the biomolecular markers for the transformation of ovarian epithelial cancer. The immunohistochemical detection of Ki67 and P53 can be an objective factor for the different ovarian epithelial tumors diagnosis,and can be important science parameters for the clinical prognosis.
