| 摘 要： | 目的:观察灵芪安神口服液(LQASL)对老年大鼠丙二醛(MDA),超氧化歧化酶(SOD)的影响。方法:LQASL按10g·kg~(-1)·d~(-1),20g·kg~(-1)·d~(-1),40g·kg~(-1).d~(-1),60g.kg~(-1)·d~(-1)给老年大鼠连续灌胃30d,测定其血清、组织中SOD活性和MDA含量。结果:LQASL4个剂量组均能明显降低老年大鼠血清中MDA含量,明显提高其血清、组织中SOD活性,并可使老年大鼠组织中MDA含量减少,以20g·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)剂量效果最佳(P<0.001)。结论:LQASL可能是通过改善自由基代谢发挥其抗衰老作用。

| Abstract: | Objectives: To study Lingqi Anshen Liquor(LQASL)on MDA and SOD in elderly rats. Methods; The elderly rats were given 10, 20, 40, and 60 g kg-1 d-1 of LQASL for thirty days by ig. The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and the content of malon-dialdehyde(MDA) in serum and tissues were measured. Result: LQASL could decrease significantly the content of MDA in serum and tissues, and also increase significantly the activity of SOD in serum and tissues in different dose groups, in which 20 g kg-1 d-1 of LQASL is the best one(F<0.001). Conclusions: The result suggested that LQASL had an action of antisenility by improving metabolism of free radicals. |
