| 摘 要： | 本文介绍以颈横动脉主干及其降支为蒂,仅带少量斜方肌组织的筋膜皮瓣,其长宽度均明显优于传统斜方肌皮瓣,并同样具有背部皮瓣供区隐蔽,能直接缝合的优点,特别适合修复晚期烧伤颈前瘢痕挛缩,且有形成大型超长游离皮瓣的潜力。

| Abstract: | This flap is based on the transverse cervical artery and its descending branch and only includes a small portion of trapezius muscle tissue around the vascular pedicle. Both the length and width of the flap can exceed that of the traditional trapezius flap. So this flap is particularly suitable for repairing late-burn scar contracture of the neck. In addition, this flap has the potential to be used as a large free flap. |
