慢性乙型肝炎患者血清肝细胞生长因子的检测及临床意义

目的探讨慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者血清肝细胞生长因子(HGF)水平的变化及其临床意义。方法48例CHB患者和20例健康人均于清晨空腹采血以双抗体夹心ELISA法检测血清HGF水平并同时检测肝功能和HBV-DNA水平。结果CHB血清HGF水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01),CHB重度组血清HGF显著高于中度及轻度组(P<0.01),HGF与丙氨酸转氨酶和总胆红素水平成显著正相关(r=0.579,r=0.612,P<0.01);HBV-DNA阳性组和阴性组血清HGF水平无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论细胞因子HGF参与了CHB的病理生理过程,其水平变化与肝脏损伤程度密切相关。

The clinical significant of detection of serum hepatocyte growth factor in patients with chronic hepatitis B

Objective To investigate the changes and significant of serum levels of hepatocyte growth factor(HGF) in patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB).Methods The serum levels of HGF,HBV-DNA and liver function in 48 CHB patients were measured by double-antibody sandwiched ELISA,and 20 healthy subjects were as the control.Results The serum levels of HGF in the patients with CHB were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01),and the level was positively correlation with the serum levels of ALT(r=0.579) and total bilirubin(r=0.612),respectively(P<0.01).The serum levels of HGF were no significantly difference in the HBV-DNA positive patients group and HBV-DNA negative patients group(P>0.05).Conclusion HGF may participate in pathophysiological processes of CHB and play an important role in hepatic injury of CHB patients.
