中医第五诊--黄帝内经光变时空诊疗初探

首先,根据古代天文学、历法学和中医学原理,首次提出了光变时空理论,指出在《黄帝内经》中存在着多维的时空结构;其次,进一步分析了建立在光变时空基础上的阴阳观是时空诊疗的前提,并在此基础上进一步剖析了内经中存在的太阳周年、周日视运动光变时空结构、月亮光变时空结构及五运六气时空结构等与生命活动的内在规律关系,奠定了时空诊疗的基础;然后,提出了在光变时空规律的基础上,借助天干地支时空表达符号,根据患者发病时间和就诊时间开展时空诊疗的途径和方法以及根据时空诊疗确立治疗原则;最后,得出如下结论:中医学是时空医学,中医学经典理论《黄帝内经》中存在着多维的光变时空结构,这种多维的时空结构一直在中医实践活动中应用,应该称之为望闻问切之外的第五诊。在坚定文化自信、积极弘扬中医文化的大背景下,随着现代生物学、时间医学的发展,中医光变时空诊疗作为望闻问切之外的第五诊一定会越来越受到现代人的重视,也一定会在中医学理论中发挥越来越重要的作用。

The Fifth Diagnosis of Traditional Chinese Medicine -- a Preliminary Study on the Diagnosis and Treatment According to Variation Law of Celestial Motion and Space-time Theory in the Medical Classic of Yellow Emperor

Firstly, according to the principles of ancient astronomy, calendar and traditional Chinese medicine, this paper puts forward the variation law of celestial motion and space-time theory for the first time, and points out that there is a multi-dimensional space-time structure in the Medical Classic of Yellow Emperor; secondly, the paper further analyzes that the concept of Yin and Yang based on the variation law of celestial motion and space-time theory is the premise of space-time diagnosis and treatment, and further analyzes the internal relationship between the sun anniversary, diurnal apparent motion, lunar light variation movement, five movements and six Qi theory of TCM and life activities in the medical classic, which lays the foundation of variation law of celestial motion and space-time diagnosis and treatment; then, it further puts forward the ways and methods of spatio-temporal diagnosis and treatment according to the onset time and treatment time of patients, and establishes the treatment principles according to spatio-temporal diagnosis and treatment based on the spatio-temporal law of light change and the spatio-temporal expression symbols of heavenly stems and earthly branches; finally, this paper draws the following conclusions: traditional Chinese medicine is a science using the variation law of celestial motion and space-time theory, and there is a multi-dimensional light variable space-time structure in the Medical Classic of Yellow Emperor. This multi-dimensional space-time structure has been applied in the practice of traditional Chinese medicine, which should be called the fifth diagnosis. Under the background of strengthening cultural self-confidence and actively carrying forward traditional Chinese medicine culture, with the development of modern biology and time medicine, the diagnosis and treatment according to variation law of celestial motion and space-time theory, as the fifth diagnosis, will not only be paid more attention by people, but also play a more important role in the theoretical activities of traditional Chinese medicine.
