乌麻颗粒抗炎镇痛作用的实验研究

摘    要:为了解乌麻颗粒的抗炎镇痛作用,分别取50只ICR小鼠或SD大鼠,随机分为2个对照组和乌麻颗粒小、中、大剂量组,共5组,每组10只,采用了小鼠二甲苯耳廓肿胀法、大鼠角叉莱胶足跖肿胀法、小鼠热板法及小鼠醋酸扭体法进行了动物实验。结果显示,乌麻颗粒经口给药后对二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀均有抑制作用,其中大剂量组(72g.kg^-1)有非常显著的抑制作用;对角角叉莱胶所致大鼠足跖肿胀有明显的减退肿胀效果,其中10g.kg^-1、20g.kg^-1剂且消肿作用可持续3h,40g.kg^-1剂量消肿作用可维持6h。说明鸟麻颗粒能够明显提高小鼠热板法痛阈,抑制小鼠醋酸扭体反应率,两种镇痛试验表明乌麻颗粒有一定的镇痛作用,且有一定的量效关系,其镇痛作用在用药60min后有有效。实际提示该药具有较好的抗炎镇痛作用。

Abstract:In order to understand the clinic action mechanism of Wuma paticle preparation(WMPP),50 ICR mice or SD rats were divided into 5 equal groups: 2 contrast groups and WMPP( small, medium, large dosage) groups, the anti inflammatory and analgesic effect of WMPP was studied through animal experiments with the methods of mouse ear edema induced by xylene, rat plantar edema induced by carrageenin, mouse pain threshold induced by hot plate and mouse body twisting reactions induced by acetic acid. The results showed that WMPP had a marked inhibitory effect on xylene induced mouse ear edema, carrageenin induced rat plantar edema, and could significantly raise the mouse pain threshold induced by hot plate method, reduce the incidence of mouse body twisting reactions induced by acetic acid, suggesting that WMPP has a good anti inflammatory and analgesic effect.
