益气平肝活血祛痰法及其组方对肾性高血压大鼠左室肥厚及c-fos、c-myc基因表达的影响

目的观察益气平肝活血祛痰法及其组方对肾性高血压大鼠左室肥厚(leftventricularhypertrophy,LVH)及原癌基因(proto-oncogene)c-fos、c-myc表达的影响。方法采用Goldblott肾性高血压大鼠两肾一夹型(two-kidneyone-clip,2k1c)观察经益气平肝活血祛痰法及其组方治疗后的收缩压(systolicbloodpressure,SBP)、左室重/体重(leftventricularmass/bodyweight,LVW/BW)、左心室心肌细胞c-fos、c-myc基因表达水平的变化。结果经中药复方治疗6周后,2k1c型高血压大鼠的收缩压明显降低(P<0.01),LVW/BW明显降低(P<0.01),左心室心肌细胞c-fos、c-myc基因表达明显降低(P<0.01)。结论益气平肝活血祛痰法及其组方降压作用明显,能够降低LVW/BW,抑制心肌细胞c-fos、c-myc基因的高表达。

Effect of Methods of Benefiting Qi, Calming the Liver, Promoting Blood Flow and Eliminating Phlegm on c-f os and c-myc Express and Left Ventricular Hypertrophy(LVH) with Renal Hypertension (RH)

Objective:To observe the effect of benefiting qi,calming the liver,promoting blood flow and eliminating phlegm on LVH and express of c-fos and c-myc.Methods:The change of systolic blood pressure(SBP) and left ventricular mass/body weight(LVW/BW) and cadiocyte express of c-fos and c-myc of mouse models with RH 2klc type were observed after the treatment of benefiting qi,calming the liver,promoting blood flow and eliminating phlegm.Results:SBP,LVW/BW and express of c-fos and c-myc of left ventricular cadiocyte were decreased (P<0.01). Conclusion:The methods of benefiting qi,calming the liver,promoting blood flow and eliminating phlegm had the significant effects on depressurization,LVW/BW decreasing and depression of c-fos and c-myc.
