摘    要:目的:研究不同蒸干条件时藿香正气水中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的含量测定的影响。方法:以厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的含量为指标,采用不同蒸干温度及不同蒸干后放置时间,用HPLC法测定厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的含量。结果:各温度下,随时间延长含量测定结果呈下降趋势。结论:对藿香正气水中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的含量测定时,温度是重要影响因素,操作时应避免高温及在高温下长期放置。

Abstract:Objective:To study the influences of assay of magnolol and honokiol in Huoxiang Zhengqi solution under different con- ditions of evaporation to dryness.Method:The different temperatures of evaporation were used to dryness and allow to stand times for different times after evaporation,the contents of magnolol and honokiol were used as makers,the contents were determined by HPLC. Result:At different temperatures,the result of assayings was a downtrend with the time extended.Conclusion:The temperature is an important factor while assaying the magnolol and honokiol in Huoxiang Zhengqi solution and it should be avoided to keep them at high temperatures for a long time while operating.
