复方红豆杉胶囊治疗肺癌近期临床疗效观察

目的 :考察复方红豆杉胶囊在肺癌放、化疗中的增效作用及其安全性。方法 :将120例肺癌患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组60例(按常规放、化疗方案加用复方红豆杉胶囊) ,对照组60例(按常规放、化疗方案)。结果 :治疗组近期疗效(总有效率为83.1 %)明显优于对照组(总有效率为68.3%) ,P<0.05 ;两组患者治疗后肿瘤面积均缩小 ,治疗组更为明显 ,P<0.01;两组患者治疗后Karnofsky评分均增加 ,治疗组更为明显 ,P<0.01;未发现骨髓抑制及其它副作用。结论 :复方红豆杉胶囊具有明显的增效作用和提高放化疗肺癌患者的生活质量。

SHORT-TERM CLINTCAL CURATIVE EFFECT OBSERVATION ON TREATMENT OVER LUNG CANCER WITH FUFANG HONGDOUSHAN CAPSULE

Purpose: To observe the synergism and the safety of Fufang Hongdoushan Capsule on lung cancer which were being treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Methods:120 cases with this disease were randomly divided into the treatment group (60 cases treated with radiotherapy, chemotherapy and Fufang Hongdoushan Capsule.) and the control group (60 cases treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy). Results:There was obviously significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05) with the total effective rate being 83.1% for the treatment group and 68.3% for the control group.After the treatment, the area of the lung cancer showed marked reduction and the Karnofsky score of the patients showed marked improvement for both groups (P<0.01).When compared between the two groups, the treatment group wasbetter than the control group (P<0.01). No marrow inhibition or other side effects were found during the clinical observation. Conclusion: Fufang Hongdoushan Capsule has an obviously synergism on lung cancer which were being treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and improve the patients' life quality.
