微创钻颅和高压氧治疗晚发性维生素K缺乏颅内出血30例临床观察

摘    要:目的探讨婴儿晚发性维生素K依赖因子缺乏致颅内血肿的治疗。方法30例并发颅内血肿之晚发性维生素K依赖因子缺乏症患儿,行颅骨钻孔置管引流术,术后早期高压氧治疗。结果全部病例随访1年。治愈23例,无任何神经系统后遗症;好转7例,其中偏瘫4例,智力发育落后2例,癫痫1例。结论有手术指征的颅内血肿及时行颅骨钻孔置管引流术,术后早期高压氧治疗是降低本病病死率及致残率的重要手段。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the treatment of intracranial hematomas caused by delayed vitamin K deficiency bleeding syndrome in infants. Methods Thirty cases of intracranial hematoma treated with puncture and catheter drainage, then using hyperbaric oxygen early. Results All patients were followed-up for one year. Twenty-three cases were cured, they had no nervous complication, seven cases part response, of them, 4 had hemiparalysis, 2 had mental retardation and one epilepsy. Conclusion Evacuation of hematoma and hyperbaric oxygen therapy are important to reduce the mortality and disability of intracranial hematomas caused by delayed vitamin K deficiency bleeding syndrome.
