摘    要:目的:建立甲硫酸新斯的明的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱:Eclipse XDB—C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-磷酸二氢铵溶液-水(20:50:30),检测波长:210nm。结果:线性范围为0.24~3.84μg·ml^-1,r=0.9999(n=5)。平均回收率为101.46%.结论:本方法简便快速、专属性好、重复性好、易操作。

Abstract:Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determining the content of neostigminc methylsulphate. Method: A eclipse XBD-C18 column( 150 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used, and the mobile phase( 1 000 ml) consisted of methanol-ammonium dihydrogen phosphate-water(20: 50: 30). The detective wavelength was 210 nm. Result: An excellent linearity( r = 0. 999 9, n = 5 ) was obtained over the range of 0.24 -3.84 ug · ml^- 1 , the average recovery of concentration level was 101.46%. Conclusion: This method is sensitive, specific, reproducible and easy to process.
