摘    要:采用高压密封罐消解样品、冷原子荧光测汞仪检测,建立了中药材中痕量汞的测定方法。对消解液组成及仪器工作条件(负高压、载气流量、屏蔽气流量)进行优化后,检出限为2.1×10-11g/ml,且国家一级标准物质杨树叶(GBW07604)验证结果与标准值十分吻合,平均回收率为96%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.1%(n=8)。应用本测定方法对5种海南产中药材槟榔、巴戟天、砂仁、益智、胡椒根实际样品中痕量汞进行了测定,结果令人满意。

Abstract:A method for the determination of trace amounts of mercury in traditional Chinese herbs was proposed by pressurized sample digestion and cold vapor-atomic fluorescence spectrometry(CV-AFS).The composition of digestion solution and operational conditions of CV-AFS including negative high-voltage,flow rate of carrier gas and flow rate of shield gas were optimized.Under the optimum conditions,the detection limit was found to be 2.1×10~(-11) g/ml,and the experimentally determined average value for mercury in the China's standard reference material of Yangshu leaf(GBW07604)was found to be in good agreement with the certified value with average recovery of 96% and relative standard deviation(RSD) of 2.1%(n=8).The present method has been successfully applied to the determination of trace amounts of mercury in five traditional Chinese herbs produced in Hainan island,namely Binglang(Semen Arecae),Bajitian(Radix Morindae Officinalis),Sharen(Fructus Amomi),Yizhi(Fructus Alpiniae Oxyphyllae) and the root of Hujiao(Piper Nigrum).
