| 摘 要： | 目的探讨宫颈癌组织中微淋巴管的生成特点及其与淋巴结转移的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法,对50例宫颈癌及15例正常宫颈组织进行特异标记物Podoplanin标记微淋巴管,并观察微淋巴管生成特点,分析其与淋巴结转移的关系。结果宫颈癌组织中存在微淋巴管,但分布不一致。癌中心区微淋巴管数目少,并且多呈闭锁条索状,癌边缘区微淋巴管数目多且多扩张,呈管腔样,有时可在其中发现癌栓。宫颈癌边缘区微淋巴管密度为12.5±4.6,与癌中心区微淋巴管密度（5.9±2.1）相比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,与相应正常组织微淋巴管密度（3.2±2.5）相比较,差异亦有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;淋巴结转移组边缘区微淋巴管密度为19.9±3.2,明显高于非转移组（8.5±4.7）（P〈0.01）,且微淋巴管密度与淋巴结转移相关（P〈0.01）。结论宫颈癌组织中存在新生淋巴管,且主要存在于癌边缘区,癌边缘区淋巴管是发生淋巴结转移的主要途径。
