不同专业医学生临床实习带教质量评估

摘    要:目的:通过临床实习带教质量评估,进一步改进临床实习带教方法。方法:对临床实习生进行问卷调查,按各调查项目对不同医学专业的优秀率进行比较,并分别统计大科室、临床科室汇总优秀率、优良率。结果:共收回调查问卷1030份。中医、中西医结合、西医不同专业的总计优秀率分别为77.24%、76.42%、73.80%,差异具有统计学意义。按大科室汇总,优秀率与优良率依次排序为诊断科室、大内科、大外科;按临床科室汇总优秀率,大内科最低三位依次为肾内科、急诊内科、心内科,大外科最低三位依次为急诊外科、眼科、妇产科。结论:通过实习带教质量评估,可了解和掌握不同专业及不同科室实习生的情况,对改进实习带教工作具有积极意义。

Abstract:Objective: To assess the clinical teaching quality during internship for the future improvement. Methods: The interns were surveyed with questionnaire consisting of different items, and the excellent rates and good rates were calculated and compared according to the different majors, general departments and specific departments as well. Result: Total 1 030 questionnaires were collected, and the general excellent rates of the three majors, that is TCM, integrated traditional and western medicine and western medicine, were 77.24 %,76.42 % and 73.80 % respectively, with significant differences. The ranking of general departments according to excellent and good rates from high to low is diagnosis department, general medical department and general surgical department. In the comparison among different specific departments, the lowest three in the general medical department were nephrology department, emergent internal department and cardiology department, and in the general surgical department were emergent surgical department, ophthalmology department and obstetrics and gynecology department. Conclusion: Making quality assessment of intern teaching can help us know the conditions of medical interns with different majors in various departments, which may play an important role in improving our works.
