VEGF—C和MMP-2在直肠癌中的表达及意义

目的：研究血管内皮生成因子-C（VEGF—C）及基质金属蛋白酶-2（MMP-2）在直肠癌中的表达，探讨其与直肠癌浸润、转移的关系，以及两者的表达特征和内在联系。方法：应用免疫组织化学Elivision plus法检测96例直肠癌组织、癌旁组织及正常直肠组织中VEGF—C和MMP-2的表达情况。结果：VEGF—C和MMP-2在正常直肠组织表达率分别为2．1％和1．0％，在癌旁组织中表达为18．7％和21．8％，在直肠癌组织中表达为81．3％和79．2％。两者在直肠癌组织中表达率明显增高（P〈0．05），且表达率的高低与淋巴结转移、分化程度、浸润程度密切相关（P〈0．05）。结论：VEGF—C和MMP-2在直肠癌中高表达且两者呈正相关，并与直肠癌侵袭和转移性有关，可作为预测直肠癌转移潜能的指标之一。

Expressions of VEGF-C and MMP-2 in Rectal Cancer and Significance

Objective ： To investigate the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor-C （VEGF-C） and matrix metalloproteinase- 2（MMP-2） in human rectal cancer,to explore their correlation with tumorous infiltration and metastasis, and evaluate the relationship between expressions of the two proteins. Methods： VEGF-C and MMP-2 expressions were examined by an immunohistochemical Elivision plus staining method in 60 specimens from the rectal cancer, para - carcinoma and normal tissues. Results： The positive rates of VEGF- C and MMP-2 in normal tissues from the patients with rectal cancers were 2. 1% and 1. 1%, respectively. Those in para - carcinoma tissues and rectal cancer tissues were 17.7% and 21.8% ,81.2% and 78.1% , respectively. The expressions of VEGF-C and MMP-2 in rectal cancer tissues were increased obviously （P 〈 0. 05 ） , and was closely related to the tumors metastasis through lymph node, differentiation and invasion（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions ：The high expressions of VEGF-C and MMP-2 were observed in rectal cancer tissues, and had positive correlation between them, This high expression was related to the infiltration and metastasis of rectal cancer,could served as one of prognosis index.
