| 摘 要： | 目的：观察新式剖宫术式有效性及安全性，方法：选择有78例部宫产指征的初有孕妇，随机分为实验组（改良的下腹部横切口下段剖宫产），对照组（直切口子宫下段剖宫产）。结果：实验组总手术时间、切皮至娩胎时间、术后进食及排气斥线时间、均明显少于对照组（P＜0．01）。结论：新式剖宫产损伤小，出血少，术后恢复快，缩短住院时间，节省医疗费用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effectivity and safety of type cesarean section. Methods 78 cases primary gravidas were divided into test group (transverse incision in lower uterus)and control group at random (straight incision in lower uterus). Results In control group,the operating time and food forbidden time were shortened.The stiches could be taken out earlier (All P <0 01). Conclusion The injuries of the new type cesarean section were minor and the bleed was less with quick recovery and short period hospitalization. |
