糖蛋白与胆道黏膜及胆红素结石成因的相关性研究

摘    要:目的 探讨胆道粘膜和糖蛋白在胆红素结石形成中的作用机制及防治。方法 利用兔胆红素结石模型对胆道细菌感染诱发成石过程中胆道粘膜下腺体和我院近年收治部份临床胆红素结石病人胆道腺体进行观察。结果 实验组兔胆道粘膜下酸性腺体形成 ,粘多糖存在 ;人胆囊及胆管粘膜下腺体AB、AY阳性 ,电镜证实为粘多糖。结论 胆道粘膜理化性质的改变可导致胆汁中粘多糖含量增高 ,2组在胆石形成过程中具有重要作用

Abstract:Objective To explore the role of glycoprotein and gallbladder epithelium in mechanism of bile pigmental formation. Methods Observation of glands in rabbit models' gallbladder epithelium were adopted with mechanism of bile pigment formation caused by bacteriotoxemia; observed glands in gallbladder epithelium with 30 patients. Results Gallbladder epithelium of rabbit models formed acid glands and glycoprotein was found in them. AB and AY were found in glands of the human gallbladder epithelium. Glycoprotein was comfirmed with electricity microscopes. Conclusion The raising of glycoprotein was caused by changes of gallbladder epithelium. Both were important in gallstone formation.
