小婴儿巨细胞病毒感染123例临床分析

目的探讨小婴儿巨细胞病毒感染的诊断和治疗。方法总结2008-01~2010-01间,收治的123例小婴儿巨细胞病毒感染的临床特征及诊治过程。结果 123例患儿中,肝功能损害84例,肺炎48例,发热45例,听力损害44例,先天畸形28例,应用更昔洛韦及对症治疗后治愈97例。结论婴儿巨细胞病毒感染临床表现多样,以肝炎、肺炎最常见;通过检测血清CMV-IgM或尿CMV-DNA可明确诊断,早期应用更昔洛韦可治愈大多数病例。

Analysis of Infantum Infected by Cytomegalovirus with 123 Cases Report

Objective To explore the diagnosis and therapy of cytomegalo virus infection in infantum.Methods One hundred and twenty three cases of such patients from January 2008 to January 2009,who were treated in the first people hospital of chenzhou city,were summarized.Results Among all cases,eighty-four cases had liver function injury;forty-eight cases had pneumonitis;forty-five cases had fever;forty-four cases had hearing impairment and twenty-eight cases had congenital malformation.ninety-seven cases were cured with ganciclovir and symptomatic treatment.Conclusion Many clinical manifestation were behaved in infant CMV infection.The most manifestation was hepatitis and pneumonia.Final diagnosis according to detect serum CMV-IgM or urine CMV-DNA.Most cases can be cured with ganciclovir in early.
