| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脉冲射频和射频热凝治疗原发性三叉神经痛的效果。方法将60例原发性三叉神经痛患者通过随机分组,分别用脉冲射频和射频热凝作用于三叉神经半月节进行治疗,比较两种方法的治愈率和复发率。结果两组治疗的有效率相近,均达90%以上,射频热凝组并发症出现率高(16.7%),脉冲射频复发率(23.3%)较射频热凝(6.7%)高。结论脉冲射频治疗原发性三叉神经痛是一种安全有效的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective Comparison of pulsed radiofrequency with radiofrequency themocoagulation in the treatment of idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia.Method 60 patients with idiopathictrigeminal neuralgia were divided into 2 groups and treated by pulsed radiofrequency or radiofrequency themocoagulation. Cure rate and recurrence rate were compared.Results The effective rates were similar in 2 groups. Both of them were higher than 90%. The complication was higher in radiofrequency themocoagulation(16.7%). The recurrence rate was higher in pulsed radiofrequency(23.3%) than in radiofrequency themocoagulation(6.7%).Conclusion Pulsed radiofrequency is an effective and safe method in the treatment of idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia. |
