| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨射频刀在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用价值。方法 :比较同期腹腔镜胆囊切除术中应用电刀与射频刀两组的手术效果。结果 :两组手术在住院时间、手术时间、术中出血量、术后腹腔引流量、术后体温变化、术后血清ALT、AST的变化、术后并发症等方面无明显差异。结论 :射频刀对组织损伤小 ,应用于腹腔镜手术安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the value of radiofrequency coblation on laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:The clinical results of monopolar cautery and radiofrequency coblation on laparoscopic cholecystectomy of the same term were compared.Results:No significant difference was found in hospitalization,the operative time,the bleeding amount during operation,postoperative fever,postoperative blood serum ALT and AST,complications between the two groups.Conclusions:Radiofrequency coblation is a minimally invasive approach to surrounding organization,it is safe and effect for laparoscopic surgery. |
