摘    要:FGFR2基因与人类多种疾病密切相关。随着小鼠遗传工程技术的发展,利用基因敲除、转基因小鼠模型来研究基因与人类疾病的关系,已成为人们研究的热点。本文综述了FGFR2基因敲除小鼠模型近年来的研究近展,对几种FGFR2相关的基因敲除小鼠模型进行了系统的分类归纳,讨论了其在组织器官发育和相关人类疾病机制研究中的应用,并展望了其发展前景。

Abstract:FGFR2 is closely related to many human diseases. With the development of mouse genetic engineering technology, the application of gene knock-out mouse model and transgenic mouse model to study the relationship between gene and human diseases is becoming the hot-spot of research. In this review, we summarize the recent advances in FGFR2-related gene knock-out mouse models, classify these models according to gene knock-out methods, and discuss their applications in the research of tissue or organ development and human disease mechanism. Furthermore, we discuss the future prospect about these models.
