| 摘 要： | 米非司酮配伍米索前列醇药物流产成功率高、安全性好、方法简便等优点已成为非手术终止早孕的常用方式,并且给药剂量、给药途径各地区均不同。目前其方法还应用于高危旱孕、或孕周更长的妇女,甚至妊娠中期的流产。

| Abstract: | Mifepristone combined with misoprostol is now an established and applied method for medical abortion in the world. Medical abortion is a safe, efficient, convenient, acceptable and non invasive method of termination ofpregnaney, with high complete a boaion rate. Now the serviceable range of mifepristone combined with misoprostol is expanded to the early pregnancy with high risk, even mid trimester of pregnancy. |
