柿叶乙醇提取物抗大鼠心肌缺血作用的研究

目的建立大鼠急性心肌缺血模型,观察柿叶乙醇提取物对心肌缺血的保护作用.方法结扎大鼠左冠状动脉前降支下1/3,造成心肌梗死,测定结扎前后心电图的变化、血清中心肌酶活性,以及结扎21 h后梗死坏死范围,观察柿叶乙醇提取物抗心肌缺血作用,并以复方丹参滴丸、消心痛作阳性药对照.结果柿叶乙醇提取物可显著对抗结扎大鼠左冠状动脉前降支所致大鼠急性心肌缺血心电图S-T段的抬高,显著减少心率失常的发生率,明显减小心肌梗死的范围,降低血清CK和LDH的含量,上述作用与复方丹参滴丸和消心痛相似.结论降脂1号具有抗心肌缺血作用.

Effect of Leaf of Persimmon Oral Solution on Rats with Acute Myocardial Ischemia

Objective To establish experimental acute myocardial ischemia model of rats and to investigate effect of leaf of persimmon oral solution on it. Methods The acute myocardial ischemia model was induced by ligating left anterior descending coronary artery at the distal one third segment in rat, open chest rats. The epicardial electrocardiogram were examined before and after ligation, the infarct aera was showed with TTC stain 21h after ligation. Furthermore, the effect of leaf of persimmon oral solution on the above parameters and CK and LDH contents of serum were also studied in comparison with that of Fufang danshen diwan and Tabellae isosorbidi dinitratis (lente liberantes). Results Leaf of persimmon oral solution markedly acted against the elevation of S-T segment in the electrocardiograms of rats with acute myocardial ischemia caused by ligating left anterior descending coronary artery at the distal one third segment in rat. The group using large and small dosage of leaf of persimmon oral solution markedly reduced the incidence of arrhythmia and the area of myocardial infarction, and lowered the CK and LDH contents of serum. The effects produced by the drug were similar to Fufang danshen diwan and Tabellae isosorbidi dinitratis. Conclusion Leaf of persimmon oral solution produced the effect against myocardial ischemia.
