视网膜动脉阻塞中西医结合治疗疗效观察

目的:观察中西医结合治疗视网膜动脉阻塞的疗效。方法:采用随机研究方法,将视网膜动脉阻塞的患者78例随机分为葛根素组(48例),丹参组(30例)。在基本治疗的基础上,丹参组采用丹参注射液,葛根素组采用葛根素注射液,两组疗程约为30d。两组以视力、视野、眼底改变做为疗效判断指标。结果:丹参组与葛根素组治疗前各项主要指标具有可比性(P>0.05)。有效率葛根素组75%,丹参组63.3%,两者比较其差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:葛根素结合西医治疗是治疗视网膜动脉阻塞有效的方法。

Curative effect of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine for the treatment of retinal artery occlusion

·AIM:To investigate the therapeutic effect of combina-tion of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine for the treatment of retinal artery occlusion.·METHODS:A random control study was performed on 78 patients(78 eyes),who were assigned into two groups randomly:30 patients(30 eyes)in salvia miltiorrhiza group and 48 patients(48 eyes)in puerarin group.Puerarin was used on patients in puerarin group once every day,and complex salvia miltiorrhiza injection was given to patients in salvia miltiorrhiza group for 30 days.At the same time,basic treatment was given to the two groups.Visual acuity,visual field and fundus condition were examined to evaluate the effects of treatment.·RESULTS:The main indexes of the salvia miltiorrhiza and puerarin group before treatment were comparable(P>0.05).The difference of effective rate between puerarin group(75%)and salvia miltiorrhiza group(63.3%)was significant(P<0.05).·CONCLUSION:Integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine with puerarin injection seems to be a more effective way to treat retinal artery occlusion.·
