| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨初产妇参与分娩过程的护理模式对分娩方式、产程时间及产后出血量的影响。方法：将300例无剖宫产指征的正常初产妇，按入院次序随机分为实验组152例和对照组148例。实验组实施全程有个性化的助产护理和初产妇的主动参与和配合，对照组按产房常规分娩，、比较两组初产妇的分娩方式、产程时间长短及产后出血量（分别为2、24h的出血量）。结果：实验组初产妇剖官产率、产程时间及产后出血量明显低于对照组（均P〈0．01）。结论：初产妇参与的分娩护理模式有助于降低剖宫产率、缩短产程、减少产后出血量、预防产后出血，是值得推广的一种新型的助产护理模式。
