妊娠期梅毒69例临床分析

目的探讨妊娠期梅毒的临床特点和妊娠结局.方法将69例确诊的妊娠期梅毒患者分为治疗组和未治疗组,比较两组孕妇的妊娠结局和梅毒儿的发生情况.结果与未治疗组比较,治疗组的足月妊娠率达8 3.33%,早产、死胎发生率分别为14.29%和2.38%,两组妊娠结局有显著性差异(P＜0.05).治疗组、未治疗组梅毒儿的发生率分别为26.83%和65.22%,两组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论妊娠期梅毒患者及早的、规范的驱梅治疗可以明显改善妊娠结局和围产儿预后,降低梅毒儿的发生,应该对高危人群进行性健康教育和梅毒血清学筛查.

Clinical Analysis of 69 Pregnant Women Infected by Syphilis

Objective To investigate the character and outcome of pregnant women with syphilis and theprognosis. Methods 69 pregnant women with syphilis by serological assays were divided into twogroups. The pregnant outcomes and congenital syphilis were compared between two groups. Results Intreated group, term delivery reached 83.33%, and the rate of premature birth and fetal intrauterinedeath were14.29% and 2.38%, which were significantly better than their in untreated group (P<0.05).The rate of congenital syphilis was 26.83% in treated group, which was significantly lower than thatin untreated group(P<0.05).Conclusions Regular and early treatment to pregnant women with syphiliscould significantly improve the outcome of pregnancy and the prognosis of perinatal, and also coulddecrease the incidence of congenital syphilis. The education of sex and syphilis by serological assaysin screen was very critical among high-risk pregnant women.
