锁孔微血管减压术治疗原发性三叉神经痛

目的 探讨锁孔微血管减压术治疗原发性三叉神经痛的手术技巧和疗效。方法 回顾性分析我院从2001年5月一2006年5月采用锁孔微血管减压术治疗原发性三叉神经痛68例的手术经验和疗效。结果 68例中术后疼痛完全缓解67例，治愈率为98.5%，1例术后疼痛减轻。结论 锁孔微血管减压术是治疗原发性三叉神经痛的安全有效方法，手术技巧的改进可提高治愈率和减少并发症的发生。

The treatments of trigeminal neuralgia with microvascular decompression by Key hole approach

Objective: To investigate the effect and surgical techniques of microvascular decompression for trigeminal neuralgia by key hole approach. Methods: 68 cases of trigeminal neuralgia from May. 2001 to May.2006 were analysed restrospectively. The patients were totally treated by microvascular decompression by key hole approach.. Results: 67 cases have been evanished the pain after operation, the cure rate was 98.5%. 1 case have been relieved the pain after operation. Conclusion: Microvascular decompression is a safe and effective operation for trigeminal neuralgia. The improvement of surgical techniques is beneficial for increasing cure rate and preventing complication.
