探索和构建社区医学人才培养新模式

加强农村社区卫生队伍建设是提高农村社区卫生服务工作的关键,尽快培养更多的能适应农村社区需要的医学人才,是我国高等医学教育面临的重要任务。本文从湖州师范学院受湖州市政府委托培养农村社区医学方向的临床医学专科生培养任务,毕业后定向于农村社区卫生服务站（村卫生室）工作。对本专业人才培养定位、培养基本思路、培养特点等进行了积极的探讨与实践,采用“校地共育”的教育管理模式,构建临床医学专业（社区医学）人才培养新模式。

Explore and Build a New Model of Community Medicine Training

To strengthen the health team construction of rural communities is the key to improve the health services in rural communities.To train more medical personnel adapting the needs of rural communities as soon as possible is the important tasks faced by higher medical education.This paper studied the training tasks,orientation,basic ideas,features,etc.of clinical medicine specialty in the direction of rural community medicine.The ＇school and local government together training model’ was taken to construct the personnel training new pattern of clinical medicine specialty（community medicine）.
