外伤性椎动脉型颈椎病的神经电生理研究

目的:探讨视觉诱发电位(VEP)、脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)和眼震电图(ENG)3项电生理检查对外伤性椎动脉型颈椎病的诊断价值。方法 :选择外伤性椎动脉型颈椎病患者50例 ,同时进行VEP、BAEP和ENG3项电生理检查。对所得结果与同龄组正常值进行比较。结果 :本研究样本病例至少1项电生理检查结果异常。其中9例(18 %)为3项异常 ;26例(52 %)2项异常(VEP ENG异常18例 ;BAEP ENG异常8例) ;15例(30 %)1项异常(VEP异常5例 ,BAEP异常7例 ,ENG异常3例)。结论 :VEP、BAEP和ENG3项电生理检查可作为诊断外伤性椎动脉型颈椎病的客观依据

Neuroelectrophysiologic study of postraumatic vertebroarterial type cervical spondylosis

Objective:To evalute the diagnostic value of the visual evoked potential(VEP),brainstem auditory evoked potential(BAEP)and electro nystagmography(ENG)on the traumatic vertebroarterial type cervical spondylopathy.Methods:50 patients were strictly selected with the mild cervical spine injuries and accompaning the vertebrobasilar ischemia(VBI).All the neuroticsyndrom and arterial changes of VBI due to other causes had been ruled out.First ,all of patients were tested by the VEP,BAEP and ENG.After that,the results of them were contrasted by the standards of the normal index. Results:All of patients had one abnormal VEP,BAEP and ENG at least.Including:9 cases (18%)were the abnomal of the three items;26 cases(52%)had two items(VEP and ENG18 cases,BAEP and ENG 8 cases)and 15 cases(30%)had one item(VEP 5 cases,BAEP 7 cases and ENG 3 cases).Conclusion :The VEP,BAEP and ENG can furnish the objective evidence on the diagnosis of the traumatic vertebroarterial type cervical spondylopathy.
