Analysis and Construction of Strategy of Armed Police Force Hospitals

Hospitals of armed police force take on a double duty and mission to provide medical service for military staff and local civilians.Therefore,it is important for the hospitals to introduce strategy management.The authors make use of "SWOT analysis" and "Porter's theory" to analyze the internal and external factors and 5 types of competitive factors in hospitals of armed police force.We introduce 3 modes of hospital development strategy: stability strategy,growth strategy and retrenchment strategy as well as 4 modes of competitive strategy: low-cost strategy,comprehensive-development strategy and characteristic medical service.Meanwhile,the growth strategy is further divided.At last,the authors discuss how to construct hospital strategy and analyze its influencing factors,hoping to provide some clues of formulating hospital strategy of armed police force.
