中国老年医疗照料的伦理思考

老年人作为脆弱群体，应当得到社会的照料帮助。要弘扬尊老敬老的中华传统美德，一方面，不断增强社会照料责任．另一方面．继续鼓励家庭照料，同时，提倡老年医疗照料储蓄、提倡邻里守望相助。

Ethical Congsiderations on the Medical Care of the Agedin China

According to the international standards,China has become a country with aging populations.a series of accompanied challenges are emerging: who should take the responsibility for taking care of the aged,and so on.Among these challenges,a quite realistic problem about medical care of the aged is waiting to be solved.Owing to the increasing populations of the aged,a contradiction between the weakness of the family care and the increasing needs of being taking for care of the aged is emerging.The author takes ethical considerations about it.First,as the vulnerable group,the aged should be provided with the social medical care.Second,as the contributors of the development of our country,our society and their families,they should be given corresponding rewardings.So,in China,we should carry forward the traditional virtue of respect for the aged.One way is to enhance the responsibility of the social care;another way is to promote the family care.What' s more,help and care from next-door families is also advocated.
