| Abstract: | Parkinson disease （PD） is a common nerodegenerative disorder. The pathogenesis of PD is related to many kinds of signal pathway suchas MAPK, PKC, P13K, ROS, NO and NF - KB. In the paper the relationship between PD and ROS - NO pathway is mainly reviewed. |
