| Abstract: | To improve the quality of talent cultivation is the major task of medical universities.It is veryimportant to make sure of the personnel training quality construction of its guarantee system to fulfill oursocial development needs.This paper explains the theory of talent cultivation system and conducts the theory of talent cultivation system and conducts some research on how to construct its quality guarantee system. |
