| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨手法整复,结合经皮克氏针撬拨复位,克氏针交叉内固定治疗肱骨外科颈骨折的临床疗效.方法:采用手法整复,结合经皮克氏针撬拨复位,克氏针交叉内固定治疗肱骨外科颈骨折.结果:29例,随访0.51 a,优11例,良15例,可3例,优良率89.65%.骨折全部愈合.结论:手法整复,结合经皮克氏针撬拨复位,克氏针交叉内固定治疗肱骨外科颈骨折,具有安全、方便、损伤小、固定可靠、减少并发症、功能恢复好等优点.
