当归、川芎嗪注射液影响血瘀大鼠转归的血液动力学基础

摘    要:目的:探讨活川芎嗪、当归注射液对血瘀大鼠血液动力学的影响。方法:颈动脉放血复制血瘀大鼠模型,通过微循环观察、器官血流和血液流变学测定方法,观察川芎嗪、当归对血瘀大鼠血液动力学的影响。结果:血瘀时微循环明显障碍,主要表现为微血流变慢和血细胞聚集;经川芎嗪、当归注射液治疗后,微循环改善,血细胞粘附率和聚集率降低,器官微区血流量明显增加,与NS组比较有显著性差异(p<0.05)。结论:川芎嗪、当归注射液能明显改善血瘀大鼠微循环障碍, 降低血小板聚集率,增加器官血流灌流量。

Abstract:Objective: To explore effects of gustrazine and angelica parenteral solution on hemodynamics palelet in rats with blond stasis. Methods: A model of blood stasis was made by blood loss from carotid in rats, and the effect of gu strazine and angelica parenleral solution on hemodynamics was observed by an observation of mesenteric microcirculation and determination of hemorheology and blood flow volume. Results: The microcirculation disturbance was mainly slow micro-blood flow and blood cells aggregation in blood stasis rats, after treatment of gustrazine and angelica parenteral solution, the microcirculalion was improved, rates of patelet adhesive and aggregation were low, but the micro-area blood flow volume of organs was evidently increased there were significant difference than that of normal saline (NS) group (p< 0.05). Conclusion: Gustrazine and angelica parenleral solution can improve microcirculation, increase blood flow volume of organs, reduce palelet aggregation.
