甘草酸二铵联合丹参治疗高原地区慢性乙型肝炎的疗效观察

目的　探讨甘草酸二铵联合丹参治疗高原地区慢性乙型肝炎的效果。方法　采用随机对照、单盲的方法进行前瞻性试验。将4 0例慢性乙型肝炎(重度)患者随机分为A、B 2组,在综合治疗基础上,2组均给予甘草酸二铵治疗,A组加用丹参,疗程均为4周,比较治疗前后血清ALT、AST、TBil、PAT、A/G水平的变化。结果　治疗后2组患者的肝功能指标均明显下降(P <0 .0 1或0 .0 5 ) ,A组的下降程度较对照组明显(P <0 .0 1)。结论　甘草酸二铵联合丹参可有效治疗高原地区慢性乙型肝炎。

Curative effect observation of diammonium glycyrrhizinate combined with salvia miltiorrhiza on chronic type B hepatitis in plateau area

Objective It is to study the curative effect of diammonium glycyrrhizinate combined with salvia miltiorrhiza on chronic type B hepatitis in plateau area. Methods The prospective tests were progressed with random comparison and single blind methods. 40 patients with chronic type B hepatitis were randomly divided into group A and group B. Both were treated with diammonium glycyrrhizinate on the basis of general treatment. Group A were given salvia miltiorrhiza additionally. The treatment periods of the two groups were both four weeks. The serum levels changes of ALT, AST, TBil, PAT, A/G in the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, all the indexes of liver function in the two groups were obviously decreased (P<0.01 or 0.05), and those in group A decreased more than those in group B (P<0.01). Conclusion The curative effect of diammonium glycyrrhizinate combined with salvia miltiorrhiza on chronic type B hepatitis in plateau area is effective.
