The practice of various forms of nurses forum in nursing management

Objective To promote the nurses to participate in nursing management by holding various forms of nurses forum.Method Holding forums in various forms for the nursing staffs in various levels from different perspectives.Results This practice increased nurses' awareness of participation in nurs- ing management,enhanced team cohesion,increased nurses' satisfaction with nursing management,improved their general quality,and achieved share of ex- perience and information.Conclusion Through nurses forum,nursing managers can obtain lots of valuable information and understand nurses' mentality from various perspectives,which is helpful to promote nursing management.
