不同学历军队护士生活满意度的调查

目的 调查分析军队护士的生活满意程度，寻找有效的应对方式提高军队护士的生活质量。方法 采用生活满意度自评量表A对军队2所三级甲等医院的484名临床一线护士进行不记名问卷调查。结果 不同学历军队护士生活满意度有差异，学历越高，生活满意度越高。结论 增加再教育机会，提高护士学历，多方面提高军队护士自身综合素质，是提高军队护士生活满意度的有效措施。

Survey of Living Satisfaction Degree of Military Nurses with Different Educational Background

Objective To investigate and analyze military nurses satisfaction index of their living conditions, and seek effective ways for improvement. Methods By non-recording name questionnaire,with self-evaluation form, 484 clinical nurses were surveyed about living conditions in 2 hospitals.Results Differences exist between the satisfaction indexes of nurses with different educational background. The higher the educational background is, the higher living satisfaction degree is with the nurses. Conclusions There is a need to raise the educational level of nurses. Administrator of military hospitals, especially those of patient care section, should render more chances for nurses training, so as to improve the comprehensive quality of military nurses, their living conditions and satisfaction degree.
